Atlantis is the Twelve-A equivalent of the Americas. It is inhabited by the Incas.

Eytmology[]

The name Atlantis is derived from the Ancient Greek formula Ἀτλαντὶς νῆσος translating to "Island of Atlas"[1] Atlas was the Titan who held up the sky in Greek mythology.

Trivia[]

  • In other films and books, Atlantis was a continent which sank beneath the sea which is described by the Greek philosopher Plato in his dialogues Timaeus and Critias.
  • Atlantis is never visited in the books, only mentioned since some of the books only take place in Twelve-A's version of England and Europe. The only time in the series it is mentioned is the part where Michael Saunders screams at Janet Chant for getting the name wrong.
